Our products are handmade and a majority products are able to be customized based on customer’s preferences. Due to the nature of our products there will be no returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Please double check your selections before purchasing.

We all know that children are active and love to play! Bows may be fragile and thus Starly Co. is not responsible for wear and tear that may happen to the bows during use.

Shipping/Turnaround times:
Products are shipped through USPS and tracking numbers are emailed once the order is fulfilled. Most products are ready to ship and turnaround time is on average about 3-5 days after the order is placed. However we try to get orders out the next day after it is placed! Orders placed on the weekend typically go out the following Monday.
